Essential Functions

• Oversee Investment Servicing processes, ensuring compliance with Offering Circular
• Supervise Investment Servicing staff, including hiring and performance management
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement recommended solutions
• Maintain a current procedure library for Investor Servicing
• Provide support to servicing staff for customer problem resolution
• Plan and facilitate training opportunities for staff
• Interface with accounting to ensure accurate flow of transaction data
• Maintain current knowledge of all implemented software systems used in operational support of Investment Servicing.
• Maintain positive vendor relationships
• Involvement in the budgeting process for Investor Relations
• Experience with IRA and 403(b) regulations
• ACH batch review and approval
• Perform special projects and duties as assigned
• Series 63 or willingness to obtain

Key Qualifications

• A living, vital faith in Jesus Christ
• Five years of experience in a bank/credit union environment
• Four-year college degree
• Three years’ experience in a management role
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills including experience using MS Word, Excel, Microsoft CRM etc.
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to develop and/or recognize creative, appropriate solutions that enhance team services
• Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change to reach team objectives
