As a Supervisory IT Specialist, you will: Direct and control the overall planning, directions, execution of all resources related to technology solutions platforms. Identify IT technical needs and recommend solutions through service, software, and equipment acquisition, human resource commitment or redirection, and other means. Develop methods for the systematic monitoring of technology services to ensure reliability, availability, and high performance Plan, organize, and oversee the activities of the Technology Solutions Branch (TSB).
