Server/Bartender

CDA National Reserve is hiring Seasonal Bartenders and Seasonal Servers! Come and join our Amazing Team!

Education and/or Experience:

• Three or more years of comparable service experience preferred.
• The ability to read, write and execute basic math skills.
• Wine, beer, and spiritual knowledge are a plus!

Essential Function: To provide professional service to Members and Guests.

Responsibility/Areas and Duties:

Golf Course Clubhouse and Facilities:

• Take accurate meal and beverage orders, announce specials, and make appropriate suggestions.
• Set up stations and assigned side work.
• Perform set-up and closing duties as assigned by the Manager.
• Manage time well and stay on task as defined by Management.
• Attend all meetings as requested by the Management.
• Perform all duties assigned by Management.
• Consistently follow local and state laws, and CDA National’s policies and procedures for the service of food and alcoholic beverages to members and guests.
• Provide excellent service to our members and guests!

Licenses and Special Requirements

• Food safety certification.
• Of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (19 y/o).
• Alcoholic beverage certification.
• Pass a drug test, (excluding marijuana), and background check.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and move about freely in a multi-floor building and open space. The employee is frequently required to visually observe the condition of their surroundings. He/she is routinely required to bend, stoop, stand, walk, carry, and lift objects weighing 50 pounds or less. It is inevitable that other duties will arise sometimes.

Job Benefits:

• Base Rate Depending on Experience: $15 to $18 per hour, plus gratuity.

This is a seasonal position and scheduled from mid-April through October.
