Job Title: Junior Data Engineering Associate

Overview: 

We are looking for a Junior Data Engineering Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in Databases, SQL, data engineering, and analysis, along with knowledge of Snowflake, Power BI, and Cloud technologies. This role presents an exciting opportunity to learn and contribute to the development and maintenance of data pipelines, as well as the creation of insightful visualizations to support data-driven decision-making across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design data solutions that meet business needs.

Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to communicate data findings effectively.

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.

Ensure data integrity, quality, and security, adhering to best practices and industry standards.

Troubleshoot data-related issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to data engineering, data analysis, and visualization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in data engineering or data analysis.

Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.

Knowledge of Snowflake data warehousing platform.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze large datasets.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and database design principles is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
