CCTC is seeking a Lead Clinician to ensure the overall clinical and operational integrity of their clinical team(s). They are responsible for the productivity of that team and ensure that the team is functioning with solid treatment integrity at all times. The Clinical Supervisor’s primary responsibilities are to lead their respective team(s), manage a health and proactive relationship with children, families and school communities. The SBS Lead Clinician will also work to maintain a census/caseload that meets the standards as set in the program budget. In addition the SBS Lead Clinician provides ongoing training and supervision of all staff (Care Coordinator, BHTs and consultants) within the clinical team

Requirements:

Masters or doctorate degree in social work, applied behavior analysis, psychology or a similar master’s degree with demonstrated specific course work and experience in behavior modification with children. PA license in psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy or clinical social work preferred. 3 years’ experience providing direct clinical service to children and their families and at least two (2) years post Master’s degree of verified experience in the mental health field. The individual will have a working knowledge of best practices in children’s mental health.
