We are seeking an experienced RPA Product Owner to join our dynamic automation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with a focus on managing and prioritizing automation initiatives. As an RPA Product Owner, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, guiding the development of automation solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of RPA projects using UiPath.

Scope of Activities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements for automation projects.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.

• Work closely with the development team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of automation solutions.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

• Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure the continuous improvement and optimization of existing automation processes.

• Provide guidance and support to the automation team throughout the development, testing, and deployment phases.

• Monitor and report on the performance and ROI of RPA initiatives.

  Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RPA Product Owner.

• 5 years of experience in automation, with a strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies.

• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering RPA projects from concept to completion.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Experience with agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lucid.

  Desired Skills:

• Certification in UiPath or other RPA platforms.

• Experience with process mapping and workflow design.

• Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
