ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Production Manager to lead CCS Fundraising’s online visual presence and video engagement strategy by producing various digital creative assets for the Corporate Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the development of digital marketing collateral and media for the firm’s internal and external communication channels (digital graphics, video, and photography) from ideation to implementation. This individual will be a highly organized, detail-oriented, creative self-starter with a passion for video engagement and the ability to multi-task in a team environment.This role is full-time, fully remote (unless the candidate carries a preference to work from one of the CCS offices) with some expectation for travel. Candidates may be based anywhere in the United States and should expect flexibility in work hours, but primary working hours will be on Eastern time.
Duties
  • Lead the digital creative presence of CCS fundraising, focusing on producing and implementing innovative photography and videography strategies.
  • Oversee all aspects of video and photo production, including ideation, pre-production, filming, editing, and final delivery.
  • Create videos using recorded, stock, and original video footage with images, graphics, captions, animations, and special effects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop video and photography assets to be incorporated in various marketing collateral and digital channels.
  • Suggest ideas for incorporating video, media, and engaging UX elements into CCS’s digital collateral and channels, including digital reports, social media, website, and email
  • Develop new narratives and storytelling approaches through ideation and scriptwriting/copywriting, effectively communicating CCS’s value to prospective and current clients in the industry.
  • Ideate on messaging implementation, dictating how messages are conveyed across digital outlets and channels, and ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Edit and optimize video content and format for various communication channels (YouTube, CCS website, social media, etc.). 
  • Travel as needed to capture event coverage, testimonials, and b-roll videos to aid in high-quality content creation.
  • Produce firm "commercials" and video advertisements, as well as personnel spotlights, to effectively showcase CCS offerings and team members.
  • Maintain organized library of video and photography assets to be leveraged by internal teams and departments.
  • Travel requirement: 25-40% of the time, including overnight stays.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Digital Media, Film Production, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital creative direction, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful photography and videography projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of video and photo production processes, from concept development to post-production.
  • Excellent scriptwriting/copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and stories.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with video platforms such as YouTube.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with experience partnering within a creative team and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through digital media.
  • Understanding of nonprofit environment preferred.
Salary: $75,000 – 85,000
Exact salary varies within salary range based on years of relevant experience and education.
