CCS Facility Services is Hiring a Project Manager Near Conway, AR
Job Details:CCS Facility Services is seeking a Project Manager for our janitorial operations in the Conway, Arkansas area.
This is a salaried position that may require days, nights and/or weekend oversight of our cleaning crews.
Qualifications:
- Past supervisory experience
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Driver’s License and good driving record
- Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews
- Hands on training
- Multiple site visits in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
- Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
- Working closely with customer to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
- Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
- Other tasks and administrative duties
