Job Details:CCS Facility Services is seeking a Project Manager for our janitorial operations in the Conway, Arkansas area.
This is a salaried position that may require days, nights and/or weekend oversight of our cleaning crews.
Qualifications:
  • Past supervisory experience
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
  • Driver’s License and good driving record
This Project Manager will be responsible for:
  • Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews
  • Hands on training
  • Multiple site visits in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
  • Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
  • Working closely with customer to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
  • Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
  • Other tasks and administrative duties
