Janitorial Cleaner

- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have reliable transportation
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- Cleans offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs floor
- Spot cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture
- Dusts furniture and equipment
- Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork
- Washes windows, door panels, and sills
- Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area
- Replenishes bathroom supplies
- Other duties may be assigned
- Attendance/Punctuality- Is consistently at work and on time.
- Dependability- Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan

- Valid driver License
