Qualifications
•Strong background in playing the game at the HS/Collegiate/Professional Levels
•Experience giving one on one lessons as well as coaching within a small group or camp environment
•Possess a strong knowledge and a passion for the game
The ideal instructor should:
•Have excellent communication skills. Instructors will need to be able to break down a player's mechanics in detailed verbal/written communications to both the player and parents so everyone is aware of adjustments that are needed.
•Posses a positive attitude which will lead to positive interactions with players of all ages (6-18) and parents
•Self motivated and driven to grow business
•Work hard to build positive long term client relationships
•Have the ability to work evenings and/or weekends to best meet clients' schedules.
•Keep a similar schedule from week to week for client planning purposes.
•Be able to instruct Hitting & Pitching
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
