General Laborer

CCMS Scientific is a company that excels in the repair and maintenance of specialty healthcare and laboratory equipment. We are a young and energetic team that continues to grow and expand our brand! We are looking for an energetic and talented laborer to join our team. We are willing to train as well so employees grow and promote within our organization. Our company deals primarily with specialty refrigerators/freezers, Ultra-low temperature freezers, and Liquid Nitrogen Storage.

General Laborer Job Responsibilities:

· Travel to client location and perform on-site preventative maintenance of various refrigerators and freezers.

· Respond to client inquires while on-site.

· Move and install new and existing equipment throughout the facility.

· Complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner and submit to office for review.

Hours and Benefits

· The position pays $20-24 / hour, depending on experience, and is negotiable. A salaried position is also negotiable

· Flexible work start time, Monday to Friday.

· Paid time off for 2 weeks, and 1 week of sick pay, along with paid holidays.

· Employer Matched Retirement plan is available, eligible after 1 year.

· Employee health insurance is covered 100% by employer. Eligible after 90 days.

General Laborer Qualifications / Skills:

· HS Diploma an asset

· Ability to work independently and remotely.

· Documentation skills

· Previous experience in the janitorial sector is beneficial.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Follow up on needed work with the on-site supervisor.

· Multi-tasking.

· Physical fitness to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and bend frequently.
