About the Job Join a non-profit organization that has been making a difference in our community since 1999. We’re looking for an individual to join our team who has a knack for compliance and attention to detail. This role ensures that CCMO’s policies and services are carried out in the defined service area by monitoring case decisions, reviewing records, conducting audits, and meeting with funding representatives.

  • You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with licensing and certification requirements of DHHS, Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN), WC-HHVS, and any other regulatory bodies
  • You’ll maintain an effective system for tracking case assignments, caseloads, reporting, and any other service events in order to ensure compliance with licensing, funding and program requirements
  • You’ll develop annual site audits and ensure compliance in compiling results and distribution of both providers and partners
  • You’ll communicate with the Quality Team and CEO and/ or COO to keep them informed of active youth
  • You’ll apply for and maintain active Medicaid on youth to ensure accurate ongoing billing
  • You’ll create charts to accompany statistical information obtained through weekly, monthly, and annual reports
  • This is an onsite position at our newly renovated office located in the New Center building

  • Thorough knowledge of computer information systems
  • Thorough knowledge of treatment provider networks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel spreadsheets
  • Strong Excel background
  • Good organizational skills, proofreading, and ability to handle details.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Works great independently to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with quality and success indicators.
  • Creates charts to accompany statistical information obtained through weekly and monthly reports
  • Participates in newly assigned audit and awol audit reviews and offers findings
  • Must be able to drive anywhere within State of Michigan for job responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, criminal justice, or related discipline is required
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with juveniles is required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office application (including Excel)
  • Works great independently to meet deadlines, but also has the ability to effectively work in a team dynamic
  • Familiarity with quality and success indicators
  • Enjoys working with youth and is able to tailor their communication style to their audience while remaining professional
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid Michigan auto insurance in your name
