Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operation of all lab equipment and procedures.
• Provide product testing support to all Technical Service representatives and Product Development Engineers as needed.
• Prepare product samples and prototypes for application analysis and presentations.
• Assist in maintaining a well-organized laboratory.
• Communicate effectively to Technical Service and other internal customers regarding duties performed and results obtained.
• Make product recommendations, including materials, design and process type utilizing existing materials and processes.
• Analyze and evaluate customer applications including material screening, product testing and customer site visits.
• Support existing customers with technical information and services including product training, application troubleshooting, samples and prototypes.
• Participate in or lead interdepartmental teams as appropriate to develop business or improve systems.
• Service internal customers as a key technical resource to the division.
• Experience working with pressure sensitive materials, films, paper, coating and packaging.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
