MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESManufacture & Repair Lightweight and Heavyweight conveyor beltingReceive and verify incoming/outgoing parts, materials, and suppliesMaintain inventory and stock areaEnsure timely shipping of assembled product to correct recipient Observe all safety regulations and maintain a safe and orderly work environmentPREFERRED ABILITIESPrevious industrial, production, or mechanical experience preferred Strong mechanical background preferred1 year previous experience preferred but not requiredAdd, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurePrevious forklift experience helpful but not requiredREQUIREMENTSAbility to read and understand a tape measure Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as well stand for long periods of timeBasic math skillsOperate hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipmentStrong communication skills and teamwork skillsPositive attitude & self-motivated POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED WORK HOURSThis is a full-time position with a typical work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., however hours may vary by location.
