CCI Productions houses a 25,000 SF large format printing, finishing, design, fabrication, and installation facility equipped for delivering speed and accuracy. We’ve built a reputation as a signage and graphics solutions specialist by providing clients with high quality production and expert execution. From banners, billboards and building wraps to retail signage, stadium branding and transportation graphics, CCI is an expert in large and grand format printing. Our extensive product portfolio and aggressive turnaround times attract an impressive client list nationwide.

We are in search of an industrial fabric sewist with a great attitude and strong work ethic. Our operation includes solvent, latex and UV flatbed printers, laminators, vinyl plotters, digital routing and industrial sewing and finishing machines. We are currently seeking a team player whose primary role would be sewing industrial fabrics such as canvas, banner and vinyl, to make pole banners, barricade covers, awnings, etc. While sewing skills and experience are important, the more essential job element is high-energy, efficient shop production. If you enjoy precision tactile work, this could be the job for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with Production Manager and other staff on task management and scheduling to meet aggressive deadlines
• Continually maintain a high level of product quality and craftsmanship
• Update status of Work Orders in workflow software
• Innovate and embrace project challenges to find the best and most cost-effective client solution

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to operate industrial sewing machines
• Understands basic sewing terminology such as "serger stitch" and "double needle"
• Ability to read, comprehend and interpret specific work instructions
• Well organized- Ability to maintain orderly work flow and prioritize assignments
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and operate efficiently in a time sensitive production environment
• Team player available to work overtime and occasional weekends as customer demands dictate
• Not required, but knowledge or familiarity with welding, permits, and/or engineering a plus.

This is a full-time position. Hours are M-F; 8:30am-5pm with occasional weekends and overtime required.
