Located within the greater Dayton, OH area, we are now seeking an individual who can step in and be the new Branch General Manager of this successful operation. The position offers the right manager a nice career that can last many years and you can earn in the buck and a half range annually or more with base and bonus, plus the other benefits that come along with an opportunity such as this. But with this opportunity comes the requirement for you to be a Leader, someone who is Driven to take this branch and the team to the Next Level. It's a typical branch structure. Your boss is a few hundred miles away at the Corporate office. Your branch consists of an office and a warehouse full of inventory. Sales Reps are out daily calling on customers. You've got inside sales and customer service, the warehouse and delivery team, admin, and you. So what do we need to see in your resume? Experience of course, maybe 10 to 25 years in range? Leadership of course. Understanding of running a profitable business, a track record of doing so. Relocation will likely not be considered, but won't be ruled out if you have a good reason to move to Ohio. While much or your inventory is in building materials, you don't necessarily have to come from the industry if you've got the experience of being a GM or Branch Manager from another industry.
