Job Description
The Maintenance Generalist is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to policies and procedures.
Must be willing to maintain, troubleshoot and repair a variety of electromechanical equipment in a food processing environment.
Must be willing to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and provide technical support for all phases of the operation. Must be willing to communicate as needed and understand technical and training manuals.
Must be willing to standing, walking, bending, stretching, climb up / downstairs and ladders up to 20ft, and lift / push / pull up to 75 pounds.
Must be willing to work in temp that range for 20 degrees to 50 degrees.
Requirements :
The applicant must be able to understand technical and training manuals. Applicant must have strong communication skills.
Must be willing to work a rotating schedule.
Qualifications
Must have a minimum of (6) months of continuous work experience in maintenance with a single employer or currently attending / graduated from an industrial maintenance training program in the last (3) years.
Past experience, special training, and formal education is preferred but not required for this outlined position.
Additional Information
Pay Range -$23.00- $30.00.
Sign On Bonus - $4,000.00 over 12 months
