Group leaders work in our heated and air conditioned workshop (day program), assisting individuals with disabilities in completing work tasks that typically involve small assembly and packaging. Group leaders occasionally participate in recreational activities with individuals, such as arts/crafts projects, outings, or board games.

SCHEDULE

This is a full-time, permanent daytime position with weekends and major holidays off.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Illinois driver's license
• Previous group supervision or teaching experience is a plus, but not required
• Dependable with reliable attendance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
