```Overview```
We are seeking a skilled Lead Installer to join our team. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the installation of various construction projects. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and expertise in construction techniques and tools.

```Responsibilities```
- Manage and supervise a team of installers to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints
- Coordinate with project managers to determine project requirements and timelines
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Install various construction components such as framing, painting, plumbing, electric, tilework, cabinetry, trim, etc.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete installation tasks
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the installation process

- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
