CBTS is Hiring a Product Sales Specialist Near Springdale, OH

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for driving profitable sales of the assigned CBTS products and/or services. The Product Sales Specialist will provide overall sales direction for a particular product/service. The Product Sales Specialist will also be responsible for collaborating with Product Development to enhance and refine CBTS products and services. This individual will perform financial modeling for large, complex, high revenue transactions with customers. The Product Sales Specialist is considered proficient in certain a product or service.

Essential Functions

  • Assist CBTS account managers to drive profitable revenue within the assigned strategic accounts (40%)
  • Perform financial modeling for large, complex customer transactions (10%)
  • Meet with strategic technology partners to sell the value of CBTS as an organization (25%)
  • Work with CBTS Product Managers to refine and perfect CBTS products (5%)
  • Develop and deliver customer proposals (15%)
  • Plan and forecast new sales opportunities (5%)

Experience

  • 3-6 years of technical or consultative selling experience
  • Financial analysis and contract management background a plus

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree a plus
  • Four years of High School or equivalent
Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses
  • Various Vendor Sales Certifications

Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Sales professional with excellent network selling skills
  • In-depth understanding of assigned product/service a plus
  • Ability to translate customer needs into relevant solutions by applying technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
