Overview:

CBT Construction is a General Contractor serving the Florida Keys. We offer General Contracting, Construction Management, and Design-Build Services. We specialize in custom home builds, remodels, and the development of retail and office spaces. Our locally owned and operated company is committed to customer satisfaction and the highest quality of work.

We are seeking a Construction Bookkeeper/Contract Administrator to help manage our accounts receivable, including AIA documents and contracts using industry-standard computer software.

Qualifications:

A driver's License is Mandatory. Competence with computers is mandatory.

Additional Qualifications: A general understanding of a construction company's essential job functions, duties, and responsibilities. Computer programs used include Buildertrend, Google Suite, Excel, and Word.
