Conducts research and financial analysis of commercial real estate properties, loans and portfolios.**What You'll Do:** Conduct research and financial analysis of commercial real estate properties, loans and portfolios. Assist with data compilation for lender decisions. Make presentation of analysis that will be used for investment decisions. Assist Portfolio Managers by performing tasks involved in monitoring the performance of assigned commercial real estate loan portfolios. Provide general customer service to clients and related contacts. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages. Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and timelines.
