Job Duties:
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part after reporting to the assigned job site, you’ll be:
Picking up and disposing of trash
Removing dust from walls and floors
Clean and prepare new bathrooms
Clean and prepare floors - tile and/or carpet
Cleaning of windows and glass partitions
Prepare opening of site once construction is complete
Cleaning of stairs and elevators
Hourly Rate: $23.00
Shift: Monday – Friday: start time between 4:00PM-12:00AM, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours a week.

Must be 18 years or older.
E-verify and criminal background check are required.
Must be comfortable with being on a construction site.
Must be comfortable working without central air at times.
Must have reliable transportation.
Forklift Certified / willing to be trained and certified
