We are seeking a professional and courteous Valet Parking Attendant to join our team at the Long Wharf/Chart House parking lot. This role is crucial for making a positive first impression as you will be the first point of contact for our guests. The attendant is responsible for the safe handling of guest vehicles and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Greet guests and assist them with their vehicles upon arrival and departure.
· Park and retrieve vehicles in a timely and safe manner, adhering to company policies.
· Keep the valet area clean and well-organized.
· Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling guest inquiries.
· Monitor and manage the parking lot to ensure security of guest vehicles.
· Report any vehicle damages or incidents to management immediately.
· Assist with traffic control and maintaining a smooth flow of vehicles.
Qualifications:
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
· Previous valet parking or customer service experience preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Physical ability to stand for long periods and run as needed.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
