Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

The Systems Support Analyst is responsible for all aspects of desktop systems administration. This includes implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting of all computers. Performs basic systems security administration functions, including creating user profiles and accounts, monitors and manages system resources ,including CPU usage, disk usage; maintains system documentation and logs; performs or assists in troubleshooting and diagnosing computer and software problems; create or assist with MSSQL queries and reports in Microsoft Assessor SQL Reporting Services.

Skills & Requirements

The Systems Support Analyst I should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7, 8.x, 10, Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Office 365.
A minimum of one year experience supporting information systems and staff in a PC network environment.
Proficient in Microsoft SQL would be a plus.
Knowledge in NextGen or other EMR software would be a plus.
Must have a clear 39 month MVR record and must be able to present MRV report at time of interview.
