We currently seek an RN Supervisor for our Mesa, Arizona Bridge to Recovery location.

Shift: Days - 

The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the direction of all nursing services provided at a CBI inpatient facility. In this role the Nursing Supervisor has the supervisory responsibility over all nursing staff to include Medical Assistants, Milieu Specialists and Peer Support Specialists and will provide direction for activities on the unit.

Responsibilities include:

• Practices on the inpatient unit that will assist restoring patient health by developing the day to day management and long term planning of the inpatient unit;
• Directing and developing staff; collaborating with medical practitioners and multidisciplinary staff;
• Providing physical and psychological support for patients and their families; implementation of medical/medication protocols, and maintaining inpatient census based on the medical necessity criteria required for an inpatient admission.
• Providing comprehensive reviews of significant events, Incident, Accident and Death reports (IAD), medication use and laboratory orders. Provide recommendations for training, policy changes and processes changes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid AZ RN License – In good standing and without restrictions.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License with 39 month clear MVR
• 1-3 years management experience is preferred.
• Behavioral health experience is a plus.
