Community Bridges, Inc. is the largest non-profit integrated healthcare provider of substance abuse and behavioral health treatment in Arizona. We currently seek an ACT Specialist to work with our Clinical Ops team within Maricopa County, based out of our Mesa Administrative office location.
The QM ACT Specialist acts as the primary reviewer for CBI ACT programs. Responsibilities include reviewing for compliance to the Arizona Department of Health Services, SAMSHA Fidelity, Medical Licensing and Residential Licensing standards, the Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Administrative Code, Arizona Department of Health Services/Department of Behavioral Health Services Provider Manual, Arizona Offices of Medical and Residential Licensing, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, and Community Bridges Policies and Procedures.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, or a related field preferable.
Minimum of 2 years working in the Behavioral Health field with a focus in the auditing of clinical files, monitoring program compliance to ADHS/DBHS, RBHA, OBHL, and CFR standards.
Currently in recovery with a minimum of 12 consecutive of abstinence from substance use or GMH.
