Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

We currently seek an LPN for our exciting new program in Casa Grande.

The LPN is responsible for completing nursing assessments for new and existing patients, associated labs for patients receiving medication services, and for providing medication services based on medical practitioner orders. Our ideal candidate must have excellent communication and documentation skills. The LPN assists the RNs, physicians, and nurse practitioners working with patients individually, as well as via telemedicine.

Skills/ Requirements:

• Candidates must hold a current LPN license with the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
• Experience working with substance abuse and psychiatric populations is highly desirable.
• Must be have a flexible schedule.
