Community Bridges is one of the largest providers of substance abuse/behavioral health treatment in Arizona. We are looking for Substance Abuse/Mental Health Specialist for our FACT-2 Team. 

The Substance Abuse Specialist is responsible for the provision of clinical therapeutic services to patients assigned to the CBI Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) team. The Substance Abuse Specialist will provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment to patients (and their families) whom are assigned to the ACT team.

Skills/ Requirements

Candidates must hold a master’s degree or higher as well as a current associate or independent level of licensure with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) in the discipline of counseling, social work, and/or marriage and family counseling. New graduates with a master’s degree in counseling or social work who have recently applied for their license (LAC or LMSW) are encouraged to apply. Must have LAC, LMSW, LPC or LCSW within 90 days of employment. Must have valid AZ driver's license.
