Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

We are seeking Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) at our stabilization and recovery unit (SRU) in Winslow, Arizona.

We are looking for individuals who are state and nationally certified EMTs. EMTs work as part of a multidisciplinary team in providing assessment, and triage. Applicants should possess good clinical documentation skills and the ability to work within a fast-paced behavioral health environment. EMT's who are in recovery from substance use and/or mental health are strongly encouraged to apply.

Minimum Requirements:

• State and nationally certified EMTs with good working knowledge of medical skills
• Experience in recovery from substance use and/or mental health is a plus
• Behavioral Health/Substance Abuse experience is a plus
• Must have a 39-month clear MRV report and must be able to present MRV report at time of interview
