Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.

Summary/Objective Responsible for contract management and deliverables. Acts as the lead in the deliverable management system. Ensures that all agency contracts are stored electronically and that all related deliverables (including renewals) are itemized and assigned. Provides reminders to individuals responsible for deliverables and submits monthly reports on deliverable timeliness. This position reports to the Senior Director of Compliance.

  • Manages deliverable information in the deliverables Sharepoint and the electronic deliverable system, when notified by staff or an external stakeholder of deliverable updates and changes.
  • Prepares import documents for the electronic deliverable system cards on annual (annual, quarterly, monthly, and static cards) and monthly (daily and weekly cards) basis.
  • Coordinates new electronic deliverable system user account creation and manages user list/assignees.
  • Acts as the lead for project meetings related to contract management in order to obtain updates and input from team members.
  • Develops a detailed project work plan to track progress. Work plan will be saved on Sharepoint or other shared drive to ensure that all team members have access to most current revisions.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Responsible for identifying, and monitoring the submission of contracted deliverables with the RBHA’s and other assigned health plans. Provides ample notice to those assigned to the deliverables to update and submit by the assigned due dates. Supports internal stakeholders by locating and referencing contract line items related to inquiries.
  • Manages all project activities associated with accreditation processes, to include meetings, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinates clinical policy review and revisions to include assistance with formatting and relevant health plan references derived from contract. Manages the edit process, maintains originals, and ensures that the most recent policies are included on the intranet broken out by level of care
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Compliance

TravelTravel is primarily local during the business day, although some projects may require more out-of-the-area and overnight travel.

Required Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in management, business or a related field and
  2. 2 to 3 years contract management, project management, or policy management experience, and/or
  3. 2 years of experience in project management or a related field; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
