• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated foreman specializing in utilites and pipework.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in site development, specifically utilities.
• Must be experienced in supervising on-site construction of pipework, safety,means and methods and production.
• Must be able to read and interpret utilityplans, ensure all work is in compliance with plans and specifications andproper inspections are complete.
• Strong communication skills with owners,inspectors, and office personnel are required.
• Provide leadership and directionto crews to ensure safe, efficient, and quality operations.
• Thorough knowledgeof safety policies and guidelines and ensures the crew is adhering to same.
• Ensure required forms, paperwork, and other information is completed andsubmitted to including but not limited to timesheets, change orders, expensereports and daily job reports.
• Must be able to pass a background check,pre-employment drug screen and possess a valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
