Job Description
cBEYONData is hiring a Software Developer / Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to work with a federal customer. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in support of information system security.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement security procedures and practices in support of customer goals and current Department of Defense regulations
- Perform system vulnerability risk assessment and analysis for DoD systems
- Perform security audits, identify problems and take corrective action to resolve problems to ensure all systems are operating in accordance with established procedures and policies
- Train government personnel on management, review and retention of data
- Develop, maintain, and enhance specialized automation workflow tools
- Provide technical support, customer service, and maintenance of financial applications /systems, interfaces to other financial applications/systems and databases
- Monitor and support systems access, server administration and database administration functions.
Requirements:
- Secret security clearance
- 5 years' experience in analyzing user needs and developing software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis
- 5 years' experience with updating software or enhance existing software capabilities utilizing web and general programming in SQL, VB script, CGI script, JavaScript, HTML, any language targeting .NET, Cold Fusion, Oracle, MS Office technology and Power BI.
- 3 years' experience working with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and developing specifications and performance requirements
- 5 years' experience maintaining databases within an application area, by working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
