Cazador Consulting Group is Hiring a Cost Accountant Near Bakersfield, CA
We are seeking out an individual who will be the instrument in maintaining accountability within the financial resources of the organizational budget which will include all aspects of business operations. Your ability to provide insightful support to the current prospective operating levels by compiling financial data and analyzing possible/ alternative decisions from a financial standpoint.
Essential Functions
- Assist with crop cost management including raw product entries, review /analyze farming overhead, water allocations, and all farming inventories.
- Maintain current accounting processes to ensure that transactions are accounted for in a timely accurate manner.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Prepare and file monthly use tax reports
- Interact with farming personnel and payroll. accounts receivable and various Farming Departments as required.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferably with a focus in Finance and/or Accounting
- Experience in Ag, Manufacturing, Food industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 per year
