Caviness Beef Packers is Hiring a Billing clerk Near Hereford, TX
We have a great opportunity available for our Fab Office for a Invoicing / Billing Clerk.
Duties and Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following :
- Complete invoices and shipping documents for outbound product sales
- BOL for exports
- Ability to communicate effective with others
- Assist with a / p
- Data entry in Excel spreadsheet
- Answering phones and assisting TM
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification :
- Requires previous clerical experience with some proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Good work history
- Time management and organization skills
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends and a rotating schedule
- Must be able to work B Shift
