Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt assistance or guidance to all customers upon their arrival at the dealership.
  • Guide customers through the purchase decision process by attentively probing and addressing their inquiries and requirements.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with both colleagues and customers to streamline the sales process and elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Articulate product specifications, functionality, and advantages to potential customers.
  • Regularly report to the Sales Manager on set objectives, planned activities, performance reviews, and comprehensive analyses.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships and secure repeat business. Aid customers in vehicle selection by thoroughly understanding their preferences and needs.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, optional packages, and cutting-edge technology.
  • Conduct polished and informative demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Initiate post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate referral business.
  • Master the art of overcoming objections and excel in various sales scenarios.

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends.
  • Demonstrable prior experience in automotive sales.
  • Exemplary enthusiasm and sustained high energy levels throughout the sales process.
  • Possess a friendly and competitive demeanor, particularly adept at handling objections and negotiating pricing.
  • Proficient in delivering exceptional customer service, coupled with strong communication, computer, and basic mathematical skills.
  • Keen interest in mentoring new sales associates and thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably within retail, mobile, or automotive sectors.
  • Tech-savvy with a penchant for swiftly grasping and mastering new product intricacies.
  • Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement and learning.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both with customers and team members.
  • Present a polished and professional personal appearance.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
