Cave of the Mounds-National Natural Landmark is a small business in Blue Mounds, WI. We are a professional, fun group of people and our goal is to educate in a fun way. We are a National Natural Landmark. Guests come from all over the world to re-discover the beauty and wonder of Cave of the Mounds. We also have hiking trails, geology based activities, and a strong historical presence in the community.

Full-time & Part-time weekend positions are currently available.

Our Surface Crew (Front Desk, Admissions, Retail) acts as the first point of contact for all guests that come to visit us. These team members operate solely on the surface all across the main area of our park grounds and within our Visitor Center and Cave Entrance Building.

No previous experience is required. All training is provided.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating the sale of goods and services in the gift shop
• Welcoming visitors to the site and providing information and guidance
• General cleaning and maintenance of the gift shop buildings
• Providing exceptional service to guests across the property at all times

Requirements for This Position include:

• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 30lbs
• Good level of comfort when speaking or working with guests
• At least 14 years of age
• Ability to pass a standard background check
