Duties:·

• Processing and Administration of Retailers’ Orders
• Manage Invoicing in Retailers’ Vendor Management Systems
• Provide administrative support for Sales Team, Category Marketing Directors and Operations Managers

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of demonstrated sales operations experience

• Order processing, tracking and invoicing experience

• Excellent MS Office Skills

• A high attention to detail and accuracy

• A whatever-it-takes attitude

• Comfortable working under the pressure of deadlines

• BA or BS in marketing or related major is preferred
