Busy, established U.S. Immigration Law Firm is in search of a Full-Time Legal Assistant/Paralegal in Jacksonville, FL (Southside area). Prior Immigration Law experience helpful but not required. Salary will be based on relevant experience.

Position duties include completing U.S. Immigration forms, communicating with clients, working with attorneys to prepare filings for Court and/or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Candidate(s) must be organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. Candidate(s) should possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with others. Position requires frequent communication with clients, in person as well as keeping clients updated by phone and email. Candidates should have good written and verbal communication skills.

Our Jacksonville, FL office is in immediate need of a paralegal/legal assistant to help prepare Immigration applications. Candidate may work on cases originating from both Jacksonville and Delray Beach offices. Willing train candidates who have ability to learn quickly and are detail oriented.
