Finance Director

Focus: To establish, grow and maintain debt and equity relationships for Cavalier Vans & Trucks.

Key qualities:

1. Self-starter: Ability to work independently and diligently with minimal supervision.
2. Persistence: Ability to focus on the goals and not be easily discouraged or distracted. Not easily discouraged.
3. Experience: Familiar with credit, debt, equity and ability to articulate and discuss these topics with banks and capital sources.
4. Ambitious: Ability to professionally pursue new relationships with banks and other capital sources.

Establish:

• Contact Banks and other financial institutions to establish floor plans and lines of credit.
• To grow and maintain the credit profile of the company with DUNS and other credit rating agencies.
• To contact and establish relationships with various sources of capital for the company.
• To establish relationships with various investment banks and capital firms in order to raise capital as needed.
• To establish and grow the company’s credit.

Grow:

• To manage established banking relationships and grow our floor plan and lines of credit capability.
• To manage all the reporting required by the various financial institutions.
• To work with the company controller and outside accounting firm in establishing, managing and growing the various financial resources of the company.
• To explore and gain understanding of issuing corporate bonds.
• To manage the process of issuing corporate bonds.
• To manage investment banking relationships.

Maintain:

• To work with the legal team and accounting team to comply with any requirements from the banks, IRS and any other required reporting to various government agencies.
• To develop mutually beneficial relationships with various key people and firms in the financing role of the company.

Financial controlling:

• To manager any bookkeeping and financial controlling for the company.
• To track and pay any bills of the company.
• To manage all financial aspects of the company.

Overall:

• To manage the establishment and growth of the equity and debt areas of Cavalier Vans & Trucks.
• To manage all financial aspects of the company.
