The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing shipments. Manage cross docking, receiving, storage, and shipping to ensure all truck loading and unloading operations follow established policies and procedures. Manage flow of product to minimize the handling. Provide input on labor needs based on workflow and direction from management.

• Assist Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory count, perform end of day reports, and submit to management.
• Ensure that customer orders are accurate and picked and shipped in a timely fashion.
• Verify truck inventory matches load sheet and handled/tablet.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Manage programs to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property. Report all work-related injuries of personnel immediately.
• Oversee all inventory is in pre-determined locations to ensure the space layout plan continues to meet company standards.
• Immediately report all inventory discrepancies.
• Log all received product.
• Report any maintenance concerns.
• Other duties may be required as requested by Management.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday working first shift.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate work
• Proficient with computers
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Understanding of safety rules
• Knowledge of general software and applications

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• State driver’s license with satisfactory DMV driving record
• Minimum of two years as a warehouse supervisor
• Experience operating a forklift
• Experience with WMS preferred
