Regional Leader:

The Regional Leader will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all operations within a specified market across the Northeast, US. They will oversee leadership policies, and leadership control over all operations in within their region of responsibility. The ideal Regional leader will be a motivational leader with the ability to inspire and develop top-performing professionals within their markets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be a motivational leader and cultural ambassador that promotes our mission and values.
  • Lead a team of Area Leaders to support and enable the growth goals for the company.
  • Ensure that each Area Leader upholds the standards and reputation of the CAVA brand, while enhancing Guest and General Manager experience, and profitability.
  • Translate overall business strategy into market execution, providing coaching and feedback to Area Leaders.
  • Build organizational talent by promoting the development of internal leaders, as well as championing the identification and attraction of high potential external candidates.
  • Provide guidance to Operations leaders to help them connect the metrics to business process and focus on continuous improvement to achieve business objectives.
  • Work with cross functional teams to select, evaluate and approve opportunities for growth within the market.
  • Ensure market success through regular performance reviews, competency discussions and corrective actions.
  • Diagnose opportunities of the business and formulate effective solutions.
  • Oversee the planning, preparation and analysis of Regional P&L.
  • Partner with peer Leaders to ensure consistency between markets.
  • Lead and direct on all programs introduced to the field.
  • Create a culture of high performance and accountability.

Qualifications:

· 7-10 years of experience leading multi-unit operations.

· Experience leading, inspiring and developing high-performing leadership teams.

· Experience reporting on weekly, monthly, and quarterly market performance.

· Demonstrated ability to ensure profitability and control costs.

· Must have the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

· Excellent communication and organization skills.

· Requires knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn systems.

· Excellent communications skills with drive, energy, and a passion for the development of people and the business.

· The ability to travel frequently.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and office equipment
  • Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
  • For certain positions must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
  • Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
