Associate Attorney

Our dynamic Law Office is seeking a passionate, dependable, and charismatic Associate Attorney to join our Immigration Law team. Our firm is committed to providing the best legal services to our clients. Proudly representing clients within various stages of immigration, including all aspects of removal proceedings such as: Employment Based Visa Petitions, H-1b Petitions, USCIS Family Based Petitions, AOS interviews, USCIS Asylum Petitions, Work permits, and more.

Experience and Education

· Licensed to practice law and good standing before any state bar.

· Strong legal writing, legal research, and communication skills.

· Ability to handle a high case volume and work under time pressure.

· J.D. or L.L.M. Degree from an accredited law school.

· Related work experience in immigration law is preferred.

· We will consider current law students who will graduate in May.

Work Location: In person at Des Moines, Iowa
