As the right hand to our Chief Visionary, you'll play a crucial role in one of Wake County's top real estate sales organizations. We're seeking someone with impeccable judgment and a knack for making decisions on the fly. The ideal candidate? A go-getter with a wealth of administrative experience, ready to thrive in a fast-paced setting and juggle multiple projects and initiatives.

Here’s what you'll be diving into:

  • Time Wizardry: Masterfully managing the CEO's schedule, zipping through meetings, conferences, and even teleporting (okay, maybe not teleporting) to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Onboarding Guru: Giving a warm welcome to guests who join our company, whether it's face-to-face or through the magic of zoom.
  • Project Prodigy: Juggling projects like a pro, assigning tasks, and keeping our CEO and team on track to success.
  • Confidentiality Champ: Safeguarding our operations and maintaining customer trust by keeping sensitive information under lock and key.

In addition to the existing responsibilities, you'll also:

  • Create Reports: Compile and analyze data to generate insightful reports for decision-making for our firm.
  • Personal Errands: Assist the CEO with personal tasks and errands as needed for the firm.
  • Build Databases: Develop and maintain databases to organize and manage crucial information.
  • Create Presentations: Craft visually stunning presentations to convey key messages effectively for speaking engagements.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Manage Emails: Organize and prioritize incoming emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Transcribe Audio: Listen to and transcribe audio recordings as required.
  • Bookkeeping: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Chat Support: Provide support and assistance to clients and team members via multiple chat platforms.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and executing events, from small meetings to large-scale gatherings.
  • Lead Management: Manage leads through various channels to drive business growth.
  • Book Appointments: Schedule and manage appointments for the CEO and team members.
  • Update Files: Maintain and update personal real estate holdings and documents to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • 3-5 years of executive assistant experience
  • Proven track record managing multiple calendars, projects, and booking travel
  • Real estate experience is a bonus, but not required
