Description

We are looking for a talented teacher to lead our four-week Young Professional Certificate program between 30 June and 26 July 2024 (this program will be 2 x two-week programs). This program is an important part of Stafford House Study Holidays' portfolio, hosted by our state-of-the-art CATS Academy Boston High School in Braintree, MA.

The Young Professional Certificate is designed for international students who want to be challenged. It focuses on applying knowledge in Marketing, Business Management, and Project Management. Each two-week course features coaching on presentation skills and effective teamwork, and students work towards a final presentation of their projects.

Our Study Holidays welcome a diverse mix of young, international students from overseas. During our students’ stay, they’re immersed in learning with a fun and dynamic academic and activity program.

For students in our specialist programs, such as Young Professional Certificate, you can expect a small group (less than 16) of intermediate English level students aged 14-18.

Requirements

Some of what you need to become part of the Stafford House Teaching Team:

• Professional experience in either the fields of project management, marketing, or business
• Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in business-related fields
• Teaching experience at a high school, ESL school, or college level
• Genuine interest in the teaching of young students
• You must already have the right to work in the US
• As this is a short-term program, you must be able to commit to the above dates
