Assistant Store Manager

Duties:

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Provide leadership and guidance to store employees
- Manage and delegate tasks to ensure efficient shift management
- Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and upper management
- Assist in training and development of new employees
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Assist in budgeting and financial management of the store

Skills:

- Strong market knowledge and understanding of customer needs
- Leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
- Experience in shift management and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Training development skills to onboard new employees effectively
- Team management skills to motivate and inspire employees
- Budgeting skills to assist in financial planning for the store
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role preferred
- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management
