Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store. You will assist in managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory control. Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling employees
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase store traffic
- Handle administrative tasks such as cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and reporting

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong sales management skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures
- Familiarity with market trends and competition
- Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Experience with shift management and scheduling
- Experience conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues
