```Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of our organization. You will assist in managing daily activities, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Duties:

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints

- Supervise and train employees, including conducting employee orientation and performance evaluations

- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability

- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new team members

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Handle cash management and perform opening/closing duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in a retail environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team

- Knowledge of recruiting practices and experience in conducting interviews
