Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young minds.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the requirements of the curriculum
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
- Provide individualized instruction to students with varying learning abilities
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and behavior

Skills:
- Experience working with elementary school students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies
- Familiarity with literacy education techniques
- Ability to proofread and assess student work effectively
- Previous childcare or tutoring experience is a plus
- Understanding of Montessori or other alternative educational philosophies
- Knowledge of education administration practices
