Who you are:

As the Unit Director for the Operating Room at Catholic Medical Center (CMC), you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operating room department within Catholic Medical Center. This includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, overseeing budgeting and resource allocation, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment for surgical procedures.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in an acute healthcare management and/or leadership experience required.
• Minimum 5 years OR experience required.
• Current registration in the State of NH as a Registered Nurse.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
